Coating Characteristics
DLC (алмазоподобный углерод)
A hard, low-friction surface that resists material adhesion and supports smooth chip flow in aluminum, copper, graphite and plastics. Not recommended for steel and other ferrous metals.
AlTiN
An aluminum-titanium nitride coating with high hardness and strong heat and oxidation resistance. A dependable first choice for carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and cast iron. Not recommended for aluminum, where material adhesion can occur.
TiSiN
A silicon-modified coating with very high hardness and thermal stability, suited to hardened steel, tool steel and other high-hardness materials, including high-speed and dry cutting.

A polished, sharp-edged cutter with no coating layer. Suited to aluminum, copper and plastics where edge sharpness and chip evacuation matter more than heat resistance. Not suited to steel.

Solid Carbide T-Slot Cutter Specifications
4-flute solid carbide T-slot cutters with DLC, AlTiN, TiSiN and uncoated options. DLC configurations are primarily intended for aluminum and suitable nonferrous materials, while AlTiN and TiSiN options can be selected for steel applications. Reference cutter diameters range from Ø3–Ø20 mm.
