What types of cutting tools can you customize?
We support a wide range of custom cutting tools, including end mills, drills, step drills, form tools, reamers, threading tools, PCD tools and other non-standard geometries.

Yes. Custom tools can be developed from drawings, specifications or physical samples. If complete dimensions are not available, you can send us an existing tool for measurement and evaluation.
What materials and coatings are available for custom tools?
Custom tools can be produced in solid carbide, HSS or PCD depending on the application. Coating options include common PVD coatings, DLC and other application-specific coatings.
What is the MOQ for custom cutting tools?
MOQ depends on the tool type, material, size and manufacturing requirements. Many custom cutting tools can start from around 3 pcs for initial testing.
How long does custom tool production usually take?
Simple custom tools can often be produced within about 7 days. Special coatings such as DLC or certain PVD coatings may add another 3–5 days. Complex custom tools require individual confirmation.
Are my drawings and specifications kept confidential?
Yes. Customer drawings, specifications and custom-tool information are treated as confidential and used only for quotation, production and quality control.
