Quality, Delivery & After-Sales Support
Review how product quality, batch consistency, delivery and after-sales issues are handled during cooperation.
How does HY control product quality?
Quality control starts with material selection. Our cutting tools are produced on imported five-axis CNC grinding machines and go through three inspection stages throughout production and delivery.
Finished tools are inspected after production before being placed into stock, checked again before packing, and reviewed once more before shipment to confirm the final product condition.
Voir « Fabrication et qualité »How do you ensure repeat orders match previous batches in quality and specifications?
We keep the confirmed specifications, drawings and order records from previous batches to maintain consistency for repeat production.
For custom tools, key dimensions and tolerances are reconfirmed before production, followed by final inspection before shipment.
How do you keep bulk orders on schedule?
With strong production capacity, most standard products can be produced within one week when production is required.
For large custom orders, we calculate the production schedule according to the quantity, tool complexity and manufacturing requirements. Urgent orders can also be arranged for expedited production when capacity allows.
What happens if production or shipment is delayed?
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will inform you of the reason and updated schedule as soon as possible.
Where practical, we will also discuss alternative production or shipping arrangements to help reduce the impact on your delivery schedule.
What should I do if there is a quality problem after receiving the tools?
Please keep the affected tools and send us clear photos or videos, the product specification, affected quantity and relevant batch or packaging information.
For machining-performance problems, please also provide the workpiece material, hardness, RPM, feed rate and cutting conditions so we can review the application together with the tool condition.
How are quality claims resolved?
We review the product, batch information, measurements and machining conditions to identify the cause of the issue.
If the problem is confirmed to be related to the supplied tools, we will discuss an appropriate solution such as replacement, remake or another agreed arrangement.
