This HRC55 4-flute solid carbide roughing end mill combines serrated wave-edge geometry with a TiSiN coating for efficient stock removal in carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, mold steel and selected pre-hardened steel. The roughing profile divides the cutting load and produces shorter chips during high-engagement machining, while the four-flute construction provides a rigid tool core and stable cutting contact.
