HY DLC-Coated 3-Flute Square End Mill for Aluminum
HY DLC-coated 3-flute solid carbide square end mills feature aluminum-specific cutting geometry, a low-friction DLC coating, polished flutes and open chip space to help reduce aluminum adhesion, built-up edge and improve chip evacuation. The square-end profile is suitable for side walls, stepped surfaces and straight slots. Standard sizes cover Ø1–Ø20 mm, with selected extended-length options, a standard 45° helix and optional 35° helix.

The extended-length reference range includes 17 size combinations from Ø3 to Ø18 mm, with flute lengths of 9–80 mm and overall lengths of 75, 100 and 150 mm. Specification format: D × L1 × d × L. All dimensions are in mm. Confirm DLC coating and the selected helix configuration for each requested size.
